We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our growing team, with around 5+ years of experience for our US (Hartford) office. The role is to manage the engagement with our clients to ensure that they are successful at their business by using our technology. The goal is to drive high retention, customer satisfaction, and growth. This is a customer-facing role requiring outstanding relationship management skills, strong communication skills, and technical acumen. This position reports directly to the Head of US business/ CEO.

The main responsibilities include:-

1) Customer Engagement with US-based Independent Insurance Agents & Carriers

2) Customer support & training

3) Managing communications, partnerships & roll-outs related to the product.

4) Co-ordination with the local & remote technology teams

The ideal candidate will have:-

Proven experience working in a Customer Success, support, or similar customer-focused role.

Proven proficiency in customer retention, presentation skills, and ability to work independently to deliver customer success.

Understanding the Insurance Agency business is a must!
