The new release of DONNA includes an upgraded design of the user interface, several new features, and the update and improvement of existing features.

‘1-Click Recommendations’ provides easy access to personal and commercial lines recommendations for agency owners and their teams to quickly identify the most critical actions that need to be taken for retaining and renewing their clients.
New ‘Customer QuickView’ offers a simplified overview of key customer information and opportunities making it quick and easy to digest the status of an individual customer, understand their sentiment, identify key opportunities and take the appropriate action.
Deep Analytics is an efficient way to identify and act on opportunities for new revenue generation without running and analyzing reports. By analyzing past data, automatic business forecasts for an agency are generated that include customer and revenue opportunity metrics, customer trends, insights to identify unique revenue opportunities.
DONNA is now integrated with Tarmika for the generation of BOP quotes. Agencies can quickly and easily remarket vulnerable small commercial clients with one-click submissions to Tarmika.
