Thomas has roughly 10 years of experience in sales, project and account management, and customer success and engagement, with most of that time spent in the Insurance and Insurtech industries. As a former agent, he is passionate about helping the industry move forward with new technology and loves helping clients reach their “aha” moment when solving a challenge with a new tool or process.
His career includes time with Farm Bureau Insurance, Nationwide Insurance, and the Independent agency channel. He has worked in consulting and technology with Premier Strategy Box and most recently AgencyZoom which was acquired by Vertafore in 2021.
Thomas lives in the Raleigh, North Carolina area, and outside of work you can find him spending time on the water, enjoying live music, or at a University of North Carolina Football game in the fall.
