Bob is a strategic advisor to and active investor in early-stage InsurTech and other innovative companies. He consults with insurance organizations and investors on creative product development, insurance innovation and operations strategies. Bob is also a board member of early stage companies and insurance organizations, including WSIA (formerly NAPSLO).
Bob has more than 40 years experience as an insurance practitioner, entrepreneur and innovator. He founded and sold Tennant Risk Services, and founded Tennant Capital Partners, an insurance investor. His career has included retail, wholesale and reinsurance distribution positions, and actuarial and underwriting positions.
